Why this job – CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER:

Join this growing hospitality and restaurant group as their newly created Chief Financial Officer to partner directly with the Founder and COO. Designed for a hands-on finance executive who excels in an entrepreneurial, relationship-driven setting rather than a rigid corporate hierarchy, this role puts you in the driver's seat of company expansion. You will lead all capital acquisition strategy, debt/lending execution, and unit-level FP&A modeling to scale the concept from a multi-unit setup into a thriving multi-state footprint. If you are a collaborative, self-governing finance leader looking for a meaningful role where you can share in the long-term enterprise value you help build, this is the perfect career move.

What You'll Actually Do:

  • Build detailed financial models, unit economics, and FP&A strategies to underwrite new store openings and support nationwide expansion.
  • Lead banking relationships, loan structures, capital allocation, and debt financing to support scaling capital requirements.
  • Oversee unit-level profitability, prime cost monitoring, loss prevention, and financial reporting across all locations.
  • Manage cash flows, tax reporting workflows, and overall financial compliance.
  • Directly oversee the Controller and strategically build out the internal accounting and finance team as operational volume increases.

To Be Successful in This Role, You Will Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA or MBA is a plus.
  • Minimum 10+ years of progressive executive finance experience.
  • Deep background in the restaurant or multi-unit hospitality sector.
  • Proven track record scaling an organization through growth stages.
  • Hands-on expertise with commercial banking, lending, and capital structuring for physical site expansion.
  • Comfort operating in an agile, family-office atmosphere without corporate rigidity.

Where and How Much:

  •  Target Compensation: $200K, plus a lucrative annual performance bonus program and long-term equity option.
  •  Hybrid schedule with strong workplace flexibility.
  •  Greenwood Village, CO.
  •  4 weeks PTO and top-tier UnitedHealthcare plan.
