·       Interface directly with clients, municipalities, and regulatory agencies

·       Conduct site visits and construction inspections (company vehicle available)

·       Mentor and guide EIT-level engineers

To Be Successful in This Role, You Will Need:

·       4–8+ years of civil engineering experience

·       PE license preferred

·       Strong Civil 3D proficiency

·       Experience in land development, utilities, grading, or civil design

·       Ability to manage projects with limited oversight

·       Strong technical writing and client communication skills

·       Desire for long-term growth

Where and How Much:

·       Fully in-office role in Kalispell, MT with flexibility

·       Compensation: $90K–$110K + discretionary bonus

·       ESOP contribution (100% vested after 3 years, no employee match required)

·       401(k) with 4% employer match

·       Majority employer covered benefits

·       PTO policy with service matching, 8 paid holidays

·       Company vehicle available for project site travel
