Why this job – SENIOR ASSOCIATE – Accounting & Finance:

This is not a traditional industry role. As a Senior Associate in this rapidly growing, entrepreneurial environment, you’ll partner with cutting-edge companies across industries, including software, technology, biotech, consumer products, manufacturing, and more.

Instead of narrowing your experience, you’ll expand it. Instead of waiting years for new exposure, you’ll gain it quickly. This is a career accelerator for ambitious accounting professionals who want more than a predictable path.

What You’ll Actually Do:

  • Lead and participate in high-level, project-based engagements, including M&A integration, internal and external reporting, technical accounting, corporate FP&A, financial system implementations and conversions, and SOX/internal audit initiatives
  • Step into assignments across Colorado and throughout the U.S. — sometimes as a key contributor, sometimes as the project lead
  • Work directly with executive leadership teams and decision-makers at innovative, high-growth companies
  • Expand your technical depth while also sharpening business acumen, leadership presence, and strategic thinking
  • Build a portfolio of experiences that most professionals don’t gain until much later in their careers

Every project builds on the last — positioning you for “what’s next” far faster than a traditional accounting path.

To Be Successful in This Role, You Will Need:

  • 2+ busy seasons in public audit, including at least 1 year as a Senior working with publicly traded clients (or a blend of public and industry experience)
  • CPA, CPA in process, or a strong desire to obtain
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and intellectual curiosity
  • A drive for meaningful professional growth and leadership development
  • Comfort stepping into new environments and tackling unfamiliar challenges
  • Willingness to travel is a plus (not required)

This role is ideal for someone who embraces complexity, thrives on momentum, and wants to build a career with purpose and trajectory.

Where and How Much:

  • Target Compensation $90K – $120K base (DOE) + 25–30% guaranteed bonus for the first two years (paid monthly)
  • Home Base: Denver, CO
  • Travel Opportunities: Engage with clients across the U.S. on select assignments
  • 401K w/ match | Generous PTO (with potential year-end bonus days) | Medical, Dental, and Vision Coverage
