Why this job – ACCOUNTING MANAGER:

Join this premier, global luxury travel and design firm as their new Accounting Manager to act as the right hand to senior leadership. This highly hands-on role is designed for an execution-heavy leader who thrives in a "build-it" environment rather than a corporate structure. You will bridge the gap across geographically dispersed destinations, establishing standardized SOPs and mastering complex multi-entity allocations. What You'll Actually Do:

  • Establish standard operating procedures and monthly reconciliations across multiple global locations.
  • Manage all close procedures and reporting.
  • Execute the complex accounting functions, specifically intricate journal entries and allocations by destination entity.
  • Oversee AP and AR to ensure flawless coding accuracy.
  • Financial reporting and location-based financial analysis.
  • Manage data flow and compliance across international operations, partnering closely with local accounting firms in countries like Italy, France, and Mexico.
  • Support the full-cycle close and audit procedures, acting as the primary point of contact for outside audit firms.

To Be Successful in This Role, You Will Need:

  • Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or progress toward it is preferred.
  • 5 to 10 years of progressive accounting experience, with public accounting strongly preferred.
  • Strong professionalism and exceptional communication skills to serve as a supportive resource to internal destination teams and external vendors.
  • Deep technical accounting foundation in multi-entity environments, job costing, and department/location coding.
  • Committed to accuracy, generating trustworthy numbers that maintain leadership confidence.
  • High comfort level with Sage Intacct is a major plus, along with advanced Excel skills and a technology-forward mindset.
  • Background in hospitality, luxury travel, property management, or vacation rentals is highly desired.

Where and How Much:

  • Target Compensation: $120K to $140K.
  • Bonus & Perks: 15% annual bonus opportunity, equity/stock option participation, Unlimited PTO, and comprehensive insurance.
  • Hybrid schedule: 4 days in-office, 1 day remote.
  • Location: Denver Tech Center.
