Join this premier, global luxury travel and design firm as their new Accounting Manager to act as the right hand to senior leadership. You will bridge the gap across geographically dispersed destinations, establishing standardized SOPs and mastering complex multi-entity allocations. What You'll Actually Do:
- Establish standard operating procedures and monthly reconciliations across multiple global locations.
- Manage all close procedures and reporting.
- Execute the complex accounting functions, specifically intricate journal entries and allocations by destination entity.
- Oversee AP and AR to ensure flawless coding accuracy.
- Financial reporting and location-based financial analysis.
- Manage data flow and compliance across international operations, partnering closely with local accounting firms in countries like Italy, France, and Mexico.
- Support the full-cycle close and audit procedures, acting as the primary point of contact for outside audit firms.
To Be Successful in This Role, You Will Need:
- Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or progress toward it is preferred.
- 5 to 10 years of progressive accounting experience, with public accounting strongly preferred.
- Strong professionalism and exceptional communication skills to serve as a supportive resource to internal destination teams and external vendors.
- Deep technical accounting foundation in multi-entity environments, job costing, and department/location coding.
- Committed to accuracy, generating trustworthy numbers that maintain leadership confidence.
- High comfort level with Sage Intacct is a major plus, along with advanced Excel skills and a technology-forward mindset.
- Background in hospitality, luxury travel, property management, or vacation rentals is highly desired.
Where and How Much:
- Target Compensation: $120K to $140K.
- Bonus & Perks: 15% annual bonus opportunity, equity/stock option participation, Unlimited PTO, and comprehensive insurance.
- Hybrid schedule: 4 days in-office, 1 day remote.
- Location: Denver Tech Center.
