What You'll Actually Do:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage complex calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating logistics for the CEO
  • Arrange detailed travel plans, including flights, accommodations, car rentals, and dining recommendations
  • Monitor and prioritize incoming requests, anticipating executive needs and acting proactively
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications, screening emails and calls
  • Prepare and organize materials for meetings, take detailed notes, and track follow-up action items
  • Support coordination of board meetings, executive retreats, and other key company events
  • Adapt quickly to changing priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining a professional demeanor


Personal Assistance Responsibilities:

  • Assist with personal errands, appointments, and household management
  • Coordinate family travel, dining, events, and leisure activities to include entertainment outings, recreation, and celebrations
  • Manage vendor communications and handle confidential matters with discretion
  • Support personal finances, including expense tracking, bill payments, and gifting

 

To Be Successful in This Role, You Will Need:

  • 3+ years of Executive Assistant/Personal Assistant experience supporting C-Suite
  • Meticulous attention to detail with exceptional organizational abilities
  • Proactive mindset with strong prioritization and time-management skills
  • Proven expertise in coordinating complex travel logistics, including accommodations, transportation, and dining
  • High level of self-awareness and emotional intelligence
  • Solid understanding of core business operations and cross-functional collaboration
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, G-Suite, and Slack 
  • Willingness to respond and handle issues during non-business hours (evening or weekends)

 

Where and How Much:

  • Target Compensation up to $100K
  • 100% in Cherry Creek, Denver, CO with occasional flexibility
  • Strong benefits package including generous PTO, 401K
