What You'll Actually Do:

  • Learn and track operational milestones across ~40 corporate entities, maintaining comprehensive task lists and deadline trackers for leases, maps, surveys, and regulatory filings.
  • Support property management operations as an onsite landlord partner, managing lease administration, contract details, and tenant requests.
  • Apply analytical and accounting principles to review contracts, audit property records, and verify compliance across diverse investments.
  • Serve as a key operational backstop for the corporate office, assisting with general administrative duties, answering incoming calls, managing mail, and coordinating office vendors/equipment as needed.

 

To Be Successful in This Role, You Will Need:

  • 5+ years of progressive professional experience combining elements of accounting, contract administration or property management.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred though equivalent hands-on experience is valued.
  • Strong accounting or financial background with an analytical mindset and sharp attention to detail.
  • High level of technical proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Adobe.
  • Natural curiosity, problem-solving ability, and a comfortable demeanor when asking questions and digging into complex entity structures.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a polished, positive, and collaborative personality.

 

Where and How Much:

  • Target Compensation: $90K to $100K
  • 3 weeks PTO, plus 12 days of sick leave
  • 100% Onsite (Greenwood Village, CO) 40-hour work week and high scheduling flexibility.
  • Comprehensive Cigna health coverage, generous PTO, Employee participation in 401k plan begins the quarter following 1 year of service, with a matching company contribution up to 6% (employer contributions vest immediately).
