What You’ll Actually Do:

• Lead B2B Collections efforts via phone and email
• Setting up creative payment plans and ensuring timely payment terms are met
• Maintain long-term client relationships while still collecting payment
• Assist with all areas of Billing
• Reviewing all invoices for accuracy
• Answering any billing questions as they arise
• Process payments, credits, and other billing requests for clients via phone and email
• Research credit requests and issue necessary credits to clients
• Provide solution-oriented, white-glove customer service

To Be Successful in This Role, You Will Need:

• 3+ years B2B Collections experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, v and x lookups)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail

Where and How Much:

• Pay Rate: $29-$31/hour
• Hybrid: Greenwood Village, CO (2 days in-office, 3 days work from home)
• Project length: 6 to 9 months with potential to extend or convert
