What You'll Actually Do:

  • Oversee general ledger activities, including month-end and year-end close
  • Ensure accurate, timely financial statements in accordance with GAAP
  • Manage AP, AR, accruals, reconciliations, and rebate accounting
  • Lead budgeting, cash-flow forecasting, and variance analysis
  • Provide oversight of treasury, collections, credit, and risk management
  • Drive process improvements, automation, and system enhancements
  • Establish, monitor, and enforce strong internal controls and compliance frameworks
  • Coordinate with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory partners
  • Partner cross-functionally to resolve escalated vendor, customer, and member issues
  • Lead, mentor, and develop teams across accounting, treasury, data, and customer support


To Be Successful in This Role, You Will Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance – CPA a bonus
  • 10+ years of progressive accounting experience
  • Experience managing and coaching an accounting team
  • Exceptional analytical skills, attention to detail, and organizational ability
  • Experience within manufacturing, distribution, or retail organizations
  • Demonstrated success running and scaling an accounting department
  • Strong GAAP knowledge and experience overseeing complex accounting functions
  • Track record of driving process improvements and automation initiatives
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Business Central or other large ERP systems
  • Familiarity with order management software is a plus


Where and How Much:

  • Target Compensation: $150-$160k plus strong bonus potential
  • Monday -Thursday in-office – Denver Tech Center
