Why This Job – SENIOR ACCOUNTANT:
This is a dynamic accounting role where you will touch both front-end and back-end activities. As a Senior Accountant, you won't just be pushing buttons or booking rote journal entries; you will dive deep into data, problem-solve unusual accounting issues, and wear multiple hats across fund accounting, operations, and investor relations.
What You'll Actually Do:

Fund Accounting & Book Close: Take ownership of closing and reviewing the books for multiple distinct investment funds.

Operational Finance: Manage data flow, handle day-to-day money management, and efficiently set up and send wire transfers.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Coordinate regularly with third-party fund administrators, external auditors, and tax professionals.

Investor Relations: Act as a reliable point of contact to respond directly to investor requests.
To Be Successful in This Role, You Will Need:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
- 2+ years progressive accounting experience
- Strong Excel skills are an absolute must.
- Strong attention to detail, a great attitude, and a comfort level with rolling up your sleeves to scrub through data and solve complex problems.
- The ability to work with increasing independence, know when to ask questions, incorporate feedback, and deliver a clean final product.
