What You’ll Actually Do:
- Own and lead budgeting and forecasting processes, including annual planning and ongoing forecast updates
- Oversee and review the 13-week cash flow forecast, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and actionable visibility into liquidity trends
- Lead quarterly reforecasting cycles and support ad hoc forecasting requests tied to business performance and strategic initiatives
- Partner with department leaders to develop detailed, bottom-up expense forecasts and validate cost assumptions
- Analyze revenue trends and claims expense data at a detailed level to support performance monitoring and forecasting accuracy
- Support onboarding of new clients by preparing financial analyses, projections, and performance tracking metrics
- Develop and maintain P&L forecasts, evaluating expense trends, and ensuring alignment with business performance expectations
To Be Successful in This Role, You Will Need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- CPA, MBA, or a Master’s degree is a plus
- 6–10 years of progressive experience in finance, FP&A, or corporate finance environments
- Expert-level Excel capabilities, including advanced modeling and data manipulation
- Strategic, solutions-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving and business partnership skills
- Experience in healthcare services, insurance, or related industries preferred
- Demonstrated experience managing, mentoring, and developing team members
- Results-driven self-starter with strong ownership mentality and passion for strategy, analytics, and process improvement
- Strong communication skills and high emotional intelligence with the ability to influence stakeholders

- Target Compensation $130K - $140K + bonus potential
- 100% Remote – company in Phoenix, AZ
