What You’ll Actually Do:

  • Support quarterly reforecasting processes and assist with ad hoc financial modeling related to performance analysis and strategic initiatives
  • Assist in preparing annual budgets and ongoing forecast updates, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business performance
  • Maintain and update the 13-week cash flow forecast, helping monitor liquidity trends and variances
  • Partner with department teams to gather inputs for detailed expense forecasts and analyze cost drivers
  • Analyze revenue trends, claims expense data, and operational metrics to support forecasting accuracy and performance reporting
  • Assist with new client onboarding by supporting financial projections, performance tracking, and profitability analysis
  • Support the development and maintenance of P&L forecasting models while analyzing expense trends and identifying opportunities for improvements


To Be Successful in This Role, You Will Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
  • CPA, MBA, or a Master’s degree is a plus
  • Public accounting, consulting or investment banking a plus
  • 1–3 years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting
  • Advanced Excel skills, including financial modeling and data analysis 
  • Experience working with financial reporting and analytics tools (Power BI preferred) and familiarity with ERP systems such as NetSuite
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present financial insights clearly
  • Prior exposure to investment banking, corporate finance, or transaction-driven environments preferred
  • High-performance mindset with strong analytical curiosity and attention to detail

  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines


Where and How Much:

  • Target Compensation $85K - $100K + bonus potential
  • 100% Remote – company in Phoenix, AZ
